While we understand how the service in the USA/Canada works, International Operator Services (IOS) is likely a different company than the company who billed you. We have listed a number of resources below to help you resolve your billing issues and to get answers to your billing questions.

If you have a bill from Intellicall Operator Service you must contact the number below for resolution to your inquiry.

For questions about a bill you may have received, please contact us at 800-637-4009, or if you are calling from overseas call 214-849-5754.

Customer service hours are Monday - Friday 7:00am to 8:30pm CST (GMT-6), or Saturday 9:00am to 5:00pm CST (GMT-6).
